Why it is important
If drivers forget to clock out, they will remain on your map as green (available) cars. This will clutter your screen and make your task more difficult.
Clocking out remotely
You can clock out individuals remotely. That way you don't have to worry about it.
- Select a Driver.
- Click the red watch on the pop-up info box.
- Confirm that you want to clock out that driver. They will be removed from the map.
Clocking back in
Drivers can clock themselves back in at any time, using the menu in the upper right corner of the app or logging back in to the app will automatically clock in the user.
Also, the next time the driver gets an order, the system will automatically clock them back in.
